Interior remodel technician (flooring & cabinetry)location: daytona beach shores, fl employment: full-time (w-2 preferred; 1099 considered) start: asapwhat you’ll do install lvp/laminate/tile flooring (demo, prep, underlayment, transitions).

$18 – $20 an hour

Job Achievements is required

• Install LVP/laminate/tile flooring (demo, prep, underlayment, transitions).
• Assemble and install RTA and custom cabinets (leveling, scribing, fillers, toe kicks, hardware).
• Trim/finish carpentry: casing, baseboard, crown, shiplap, door hanging.
• Drywall/paint (patch, texture match, prime, finish).
• Basic plumbing/electrical trim-out (faucets, traps, disposals, light fixtures, switches) no service rewires.
• Jobsite protection, daily clean-up, punch-list completion, material take-offs.
• Must-have qualifications
• 3+ years of remodel experience, with photos or references.
• Able to read simple plans, take laser/level measurements, square/level/plumb to 1/16″.
• Safely use miter/table saws, oscillating tool, Nailers, track saw, router.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (can carry 8′ materials).
• Can lift 75 lbs. and work on ladders.
• Nice-to-have
• Tile setting (wet areas), epoxy grout, Schluter trims.
• Scribing to uneven walls/floors. laminate countertop seams.
• Light framing (pony walls, blocking) and door/frame setting.
• Schedule pay
• Hours: Mon–Fri, occasional Sat. typical 8–9 hour days.
• Compensation (choose 1or mix):
• Hourly: $20 hr. DOE.
• Tools equipment (you bring)
• Basic hand tools, cordless kit, miter saw, laser, level, oscillating tool, nailers/stapler, track saw or straightedge, PPE. We supply large tools and consumables as needed.
