Job Detail
- Responsible for maintaining plant operations and equipment in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
- Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Perform daily walk arounds and equipment inspections
- Perform daily preventive maintenance as required
- Complete all work orders as issued
- Document all work in the maintenance management software system
- Communicate (oral and written) with team members about unit conditions and observed situations
- Compliance with operating procedures, quality management, and safety and environmental procedures as necessary to maintain equipment
- Ability to respond to emergency situations within the limits of training and qualifications
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean work area
- Other duties in support of company objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: H - S
- Diploma
- 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance including instrumentation and automation
- Display a high electrical aptitude
- Experience with computers
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- History of strong attendance and performance
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position including climbing stairs, ladders and lifting 55 lbs - Ability to enter confined spaces while wearing a respirator and performing maintenance
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work rotating weekend and support call-ins as necessary - Ability to work holidays and overtime as required by the schedule
