Job Overview
We’re seeking a skilled or trainable Concrete Coating Installer to join our installation crew. You’ll play a key role in transforming surfaces by prepping concrete, applying flake systems, and ensuring flawless finishes. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Surface preparation using grinders and other tools
Repairing cracks and imperfections in concrete
Mixing and applying polyurea/polyaspartic coatings
Broadcasting decorative flakes and sealing surfaces
Ensuring clean, detailed, and professional results
Communicating clearly with team and customers
Safely handling materials and tools
Loading/unloading equipment and maintaining a clean job site
Skills
Experience in concrete coatings, painting, construction, or flooring a plus but not required
Basic mechanical or tool-handling knowledge a plus
Ability to work with detail and efficiently
Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Comfortable using power tools and equipment (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
