Job overview we’re seeking a skilled or trainable concrete coating installer to join our installation crew.
Salary Detail
$22 – $32 an hour

Job Detail
- Surface preparation using grinders and other tools
- Repairing cracks and imperfections in concrete
- Mixing and applying polyurea/polyaspartic coatings
- Broadcasting decorative flakes and sealing surfaces
- Ensuring clean, detailed, and professional results
- Communicating clearly with team and customers
- Safely handling materials and tools
- Loading/unloading equipment and maintaining a clean job site
- Skills
- Experience in concrete coatings, painting, construction, or flooring a plus but not required
- Basic mechanical or tool-handling knowledge a plus
- Ability to work with detail and efficiently
- Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable using power tools and equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
