- Works with Electrical Team, Operations, Engineers, Planners, Coordinators, ACGKs, Turnaround Group by providing electrical expertise and technical support
- Assists in planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance through planner, work coordinator and operations input
- Repairs, maintains and improves equipment reliability
- Including but not limited to transformers, breakers, synchronous motors, batteries systems, VFDs, generators, relays, grounding, infrareds, heat tracing, and high voltage switching
- Diagnoses and corrects equipment problems
- Own and maintain procedures
- Execute MOC process
- Coordinates spare parts optimization
- Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions and documents failure analysis
- Collects equipment operation and history data to facilitate reliability improvements
- Serves as positive influential leader in maintenance zone
- Works within established Maintenance Work Processes and helps resolve issues that surface as a result of planning and scheduling work
Qualifications
5 or more years of electrical maintenance or related experience is required- Current, valid US driver’s license is required
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, is required
- Experience with high voltage switching is required
- Experience with electrical relays is required
- Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card

Preferred Qualifications
Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (i- e
- Associate’s Degree) or certificate in an electrical related field is preferred
- Experience using SAP is preferred

Equipment Diagnostics and Troubleshooting – Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve equipment malfunctions using systematic problem-solving techniques to maintain safe and reliable operations- Calibration and Alignment – Skill in setting up, calibrating, and aligning instruments and controls—including pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems—to ensure accurate performance
- Preventive Maintenance Execution – Competence in performing scheduled maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and extend asset life
- Technical Specification and Installation – Expertise in specifying, requisitioning, and installing parts and equipment according to operational requirements and safety standards
- Reliability Data Analysis – Ability to collect and interpret equipment operation and history data to identify trends and support reliability improvement initiatives
- Maintenance Planning and Coordination – Skill in collaborating with planners, work coordinators, and operations teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities effectively
