Job Brief
Job summary: painters use various painting techniques that will include but are not limited to wet paint spraying and several other techniques on metal parts.

Job Detail
- Paint and apply finishing coats in accordance to blueprints and/or customer specifications.
- Set-up and maintain work areas and operate painting equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
- Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.
- Load and unload parts or products onto fixtures.
- Maintain clean work areas, tool repair, and equipment inventory.
- Inspect paint jobs and materials, adjust colors and fixing defects.
- Requirements:
- Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 1-2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter in a Manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with epoxy paint is a plus, epoxy zinc are an even greater plus.
- Candidate must have experience with Airless paint sprayers. Physical Requirements Working Conditions: Ability to stand/walk 95% of the workday.
- Carry/Lift up to 100 pounds with assistance of cranes and/or coworkers.
- Squat, twist, reach, climb, and bend frequently.
- Ability to push/pull up to 300 pounds with assistance of cranes and/or co/workers.
- Possess hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity (gross and fine)
- Possess depth perception and peripheral vision.
- Possess the ability to hear. Exposure to hot and cold conditions Subject to standing on hard surfaces up to 12 hours per day.
- Subject to exposure to dust, vapors, and other air contaminants. PPE required.

- All listed amounts are net pay available to hourly manufacturing personnel only. $150 2 weeks employed*
- $350 6 months employed**
- $500 12 months employed**
