- Design and lead implementation of IAM solutions, including user provisioning, RBAC/ABAC models, and access governance
- Develop and architect Java-based self-service portals for identity management, access requests, and credential management
- Build and manage an enterprise-level API framework for IAM services
- Implement and integrate authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure robust IAM architecture and compliance with enterprise security policies
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for IAM integrations and deployments
Must Have Qualifications:
Proven Java development experience- Strong understanding of API concepts and secure API design
- Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and SailPoint
- Deep knowledge of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
- Familiarity with OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC standards
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
