Job Brief
Linden hall is looking for an hvac/maintenance technician for our school campus located in downtown lititz.

Job Detail
- Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC systems, changing filters, bearings, and belts.
- Basic ability to read, interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, or oral instruction on a variety of issues related to HVAC.
- Perform other facility-related duties including maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Complete maintenance work orders as assigned and in a timely manner.
- The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years’ related work experience including HVAC experience.
- Understanding of methods, techniques, materials, tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment.
- Plumbing/electrical experience a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of proper safety techniques and procedures while using chemicals, power tools, hand tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow procedures installing, testing, operating, or repairing machinery or technology systems.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and standard safety practices and Safety Data Sheets.
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Ability to perform professionally and independently as well as collaborate with the Facilities Team.
