- We’re looking for a full-time HVAC Technician / Lead Installer to join our team. You’ll take the lead on residential heat pump and furnace installations, ductwork modifications, and more. We’re not looking for some1who just follows orders—we want a team player who takes ownership and thinks on their feet. What You’ll Get: $35/hr starting pay (with room to grow)
- Monday–Friday schedule (plus just 1weekend on-call per month)

- What We’re Looking For: 3+ years experience in residential HVAC install/service
- Strong understanding of heat pumps, furnaces, and duct systems
- Clean driving record and EPA certification
- Some1who works clean, communicates well, and takes pride in the craft
- Bonus Points If You: Know your way around Daikin, Bosch, or similar equipment
- Have experience leading small install teams
- Can solder with your eyes closed (okay, not literally)
