Job Brief
We are hiring an hvac technician to service apartment and high-rise boiler systems throughout northeast ohio.
Salary Detail
$35 – $45 an hour
Experience
Job Tenure of 2 Years is required
Job Detail
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and boiler systems in apartment communities
- Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues with heating/cooling systems
- Service hydronic and steam boilers and related equipment
- Respond to maintenance needs promptly with dependable service
- What We’re Looking For
- Current HVAC certification (CFC required).
- At least 2 years of residential or apartment HVAC/boiler experience.
- Ability to rebuild and replace pumps, service Johnson HVAC systems, and repair boilers.
- Physically able to lift/move 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (company vehicle or mileage provided).
- Reliable and punctual work habits
