Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused lead ventilation technician to join colorado duct doctors.

Job Detail
- Perform dryer vent and air duct cleaning services
- Conduct airflow diagnostics to identify restrictions or airflow issues
- Perform minor duct repairs, sealing, and reconnections
- Educate customers on system conditions and recommended solutions
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication
- Build rapport with customers to naturally generate referrals, reviews, and repeat business
- Document work in Jobber with before/after photos and detailed notes
- Qualifications
- Prior HVAC experience or strong understanding of HVAC/ventilation systems
- Ability to be dispatched independently shortly after training
- Experience using hand tools, ladders, and jobsite equipment
- Strong communication customer service skills
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and tight spaces
- Reliable, teachable, and motivated to grow
- Preferred Experience
- HVAC mechanical background
- Air duct or dryer vent cleaning experience
- Ductwork repair or installation experience
- Home services or maintenance experience
- Shift/Schedule:
- Schedule: 20–40 hrs/week based on jobs scheduled. Technicians are dispatched between 8 AM–5 PM Monday–Friday and every other Saturday between 9 AM–3 PM.
