Position: Hvac Technician

$20 – $30 an hour

Employment Experience is required

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot system issues and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Perform system inspections and preventive maintenance
• Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and service details
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with local codes and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Collaborate with team members and support a positive company culture Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience preferred
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
