- The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Will have a flexible schedule
- 5+ Years of experience in the field, performing HVAC service and Refrigeration troubleshooting and repairing.
- Can read and understand schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with all tools related to the field.
- Must be able to work independently, communicate effectively and maintain a professional work ethic with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must obtain a clean driving record and active driver’s license.
- Responsible, punctual, reliable, self motivated and hard working.
- EPA certificate and other licensing related to the field is preferred.
