Responsibilities:
Assist with installation and service of HVAC equipment
Support senior technicians with tools, materials, and setup
Perform routine maintenance and filter changes
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Follow instructions and maintain a positive team attitude
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical or electrical skills preferred
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to work well with others and follow directions
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Compensation & Benefits:
$15–$35/hr, based on experience and ability
