Job Detail
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Maintaining and repairing pumps.
- Maintaining and repairing cooling towers.
- Maintaining and repairing boilers.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
- Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Installs equipment and appliances.
- Follows local and state building codes.
- Complies with all company safety regulations.
- Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.
- Reports any issues to the maintenance manager or clients.
- Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
- Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed.
- Follows writ10and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients.
- Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
- Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other writ10instructions.
- Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From $35 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
