Job Detail
- Twelve 8-ton compressor modules (96-ton total capacity)
- Integrated heating, cooling, and dehumidification in a modular, high-efficiency design
- Up to 32 stages of performance for precise environmental control during different growth stages

- Key Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial systems, including the Agronomic IQ Compressor Wall.
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and dehumidification equipment.
- Monitor and adjust climate control systems to maintain optimal grow-room environments.
- Replace compressors, motors, belts, filters, and other HVAC components.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. HVAC certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
- Experience with environmental controls, dehumidifiers, or integrated HVAC systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, cold, and humid environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Schedule Compensation
- Part-time, minimum 24 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
- Pay: $20 – $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional hours may be available during seasonal peak or project work.
