The hvac sheet metal project manager oversees and manages all aspects of commercial hvac sheet metal projects from start to finish.
Salary Detail
$100,000 – $130,000 a year

Job Detail
- Manage multiple HVAC sheet metal projects simultaneously, from pre-construction through closeout.
- Review and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation and compliance with design requirements.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs with field supervisors and fabrication shop.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
- Procure and track project materials, ductwork, and subcontracted services.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with general contractors, engineers, architects, and field personnel.
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and as-built drawings.
- Forecast and manage project costs to maintain profitability.
- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve conflicts between trades.
- Support and mentor field supervisors and foremen to ensure productivity and consistency.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies across all sites.
