Key Responsibilities
As a Service/Sales Technician, you will:
Diagnose HVAC Systems – Accurately identify and troubleshoot issues with residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Repair HVAC Systems – Perform precise repairs to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
Deliver Top-Notch Customer Service – Represent Rusty’s with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset.
Drive Sales Performance – Provide customers with tailored HVAC solutions and upgrades, helping them choose the best options while meeting sales goals.
Meet Company Metrics – Consistently achieve high standards in service, customer satisfaction, and sales.
Maintain Professionalism – Keep a clean driving record, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
Commit to Continuous Growth – Accept coaching and feedback to improve technical and .
Care for Your Tools – Use and maintain your own HVAC tools for quality service delivery.
Adapt to Seasonal Needs – Be available during peak seasons (June 1–August 31) to ensure excellent customer service during high-demand periods.
