• Full-Time Position
• Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, Starting at 7 A.M. Until Last Call
• Typical Workload: 3–4 Service Calls per Day (8–10, 10–12, 12–2, 2–4)

• Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Maintenance Technician (preferred)
• EPA certification preferred, but will help obtain once hired
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting ability
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Bilingual is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated job stability and interest in long-term employment
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
• Summary:
• Join Hometown Heating Air Conditioning as an HVAC Service Technician, where you’ll service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll troubleshoot issues, interact professionally with customers, and ensure clean, accurate paperwork while following all safety rules and company standards.
• The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HVAC experience, a mechanical aptitude, and strong troubleshooting skills. A valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills are essential, and those who are bilingual or demonstrate long-term job stability will stand out.

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems
