Job Detail
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
- Provide clear communication and recommendations to customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
- Qualifications:
- EPA Certification – Required
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of physical conditions (e.g, crawl spaces, attics, roofs)
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
