Job Detail
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems related to heating and cooling systems.
- Perform welding and plumbing tasks as required for system installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment, tools, and safety practices.
- Experience in welding and plumbing is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
