- Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems and components.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Limited on-call responsibilities rotated among team members.
- Compensation and Benefits:
