Job Detail
- Perform residential service calls, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC performance issues and recommend effective solutions
- Communicate findings and repair options to customers clearly and professionally
- Complete all service documentation accurately and on time
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Maintain a clean work area and show respect for the customer’s home
- Occasionally assist install teams during system replacements if needed
- Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of HVAC experience required
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems with confidence
- Strong understanding of system components, refrigerants, and brazing techniques
- Comfortable working independently on service calls
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Based in Utah with a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a competency test for HVAC service and troubleshooting
