Job Detail
- Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field (1+ years)
- Certified EPA Type II and III or Universal (preferred)
- Strong work ethic with a desire to gain industry knowledge
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and mechanical aptitude skills
- Valid driver’s license
- As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will:
- Inspect and perform repairs on package units, split systems, air handlers, WSHPs, VFDs, boilers, fan coils, and cooling towers
- Replace compressors and motors
- Access and navigate building automation control systems through front-end computer terminals
- Navigate, clear alarms, reset, and adjust parameters on VFDs
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
