What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components
Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades
Provide routine preventative maintenance services
Build accurate repair estimates and explain solutions to customers
Educate customers about maintenance, performance, and repair needs
Ensure all work complies with HVAC codes, safety standards, and company policies
Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
Communicate professionally with clients and teammates to ensure satisfaction
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
EPA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and outdoor environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a team-player attitude
Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (DMV report required)
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
