- Base Pay: $25/hour
- Additional Performance Pay: Earn more based on qualifying work and results

- Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Provide high-quality workmanship and represent the company professionally
- Maintain accurate job notes, documentation, and parts usage
- Work collaboratively with dispatch and management to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Support customers with integrity, professionalism, and respect
- Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HVAC service experience required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (not required)
