Overview are you a passionate and skilled hvac professional eager to make a difference? we’re seeking an energetic hvac service technician to join our dynamic team! in this role, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and mechanical systems across diverse property types.

$25 – $35 an hour

Employment Timeline is required

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heatpumps gas furnaces and related mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design drawings to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical components using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. perform wiring repairs as needed.
• Repair plumbing components associated with HVAC systems, including condensate lines and water supply connections.
• Utilize welding techniques for metal repairs on ductwork or equipment frames when necessary.
• Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation of all work performed for accountability and future reference.
• Operate a &lt.PERSON&gt. driver vehicle safely for field service calls across various locations.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems to support overall building operations.
• Collaborate with team members on HVAC system upgrades or modifications based on client needs or new designs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $25 – $35 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
