Position: HVAC Service Technician – Second Shift
Location: Richmond, VA
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Pay Range: $30 to 33 per hour (based on experience and credentials)+ Standard Benefits
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for the second shift The ideal candidate will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems while ensuring top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on HVAC systems.
Provide high-quality customer service and uphold company standards on every service call.
Identify and resolve technical issues, recommend repairs or replacements as needed.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Participate in retrofit and energy-efficiency programs as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
HVAC technical education or equivalent mechanical background required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
Proficient in troubleshooting various HVAC systems and controls.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
NATE certification a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $33.65 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
