M&b heating and air is looking for exceptional hvac service / maintenance technicians ready to join a team-oriented, locally owned company focused on customer service! we design, sell, install, service and maintain thousands of hvac systems in homes each year and due to our continued growth, we are seeking service technicians with strong technical skills and a keen focus on customer satisfaction.

$50,000 – $125,000 a year

Job Progression is required

• Maintain, diagnose and repair all types of residential heating, cooling IAQ products
• Maintain accurate and detailed dispatch/invoice notes of the services performed
• Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain professional demeanor and attitude at all times.
• Maintains, diagnoses and performs services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as accessories, in an accurate and timely manner
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics on equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks
• Responsible for delivery and removal of parts and equipment needed to complete service work
• Performs day-to-day service calls, tune-ups and troubleshooting
• Promotes products and services to the customer. calls Sales and Service Coordinator with specifics on replacement product sales leads generated from customer service visit
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to learn new processes and procedures as technology changes
• Willingness to invest your time in training seminars and classes for personal development
• Commit to developing “Over-The-Top” customer service skills
• Organized
• Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
• HVAC experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to use positive language
• Ability to handle surprises
