  • Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour + Spiffs
  • Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm with overtime as needed

  • Dispatched to on-demand service calls to residential customers.
  • Educating customers on indoor air quality accessories
  • Consulting with customer on repairs
  • Completing all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completed Qualifications / Skills: 2 + years’ HVAC experience
  • Annual maintenance experience required
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Low Voltage license desired
  • Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Able to talk with customers concerning repair and replace decisions
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Willingness to attended training classes and seminar including NATE Certifications
  • Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Certification in HVAC from a Trade School desired
