- Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour + Spiffs
- Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm with overtime as needed

- Education reimbursement What you will be doing: Annual maintenance and cleanchecks on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Dispatched to on-demand service calls to residential customers.
- Educating customers on indoor air quality accessories
- Consulting with customer on repairs
- Completing all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completed Qualifications / Skills: 2 + years’ HVAC experience
- Annual maintenance experience required
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Universal EPA Certification
- Low Voltage license desired
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Able to talk with customers concerning repair and replace decisions
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Willingness to attended training classes and seminar including NATE Certifications
- Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Certification in HVAC from a Trade School desired
