$30 – $40 an hour

Professional Achievements is required

• Furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps (including inverter/variable-speed systems)
• Ductless mini-splits and indoor air quality accessories (humidifiers, air cleaners, thermostats)
• Preventive maintenance, performance optimization, and airflow balancing
• Occasional small-scale replacement installs (no cookie-cutter production work)
• What You Bring
• 4+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• EPA Certification (required) — NATE or manufacturer certifications a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Great communication and professionalism with customers and teammates
• Pride in craftsmanship — clean work, organized van, detailed job notes
