Position: HVAC Selling Technician
As an HVAC Selling Technician, you’ll combine your technical knowledge and people skills to educate homeowners, assess their HVAC needs, and offer solutions that fit their home and budget. This is more than just a sales role — you’ll be a trusted advisor helping homeowners stay comfortable all year long.
What You’ll Do:
Visit homeowners to inspect and assess their HVAC systems.
Recommend the right heating and cooling solutions based on their needs.
Provide excellent customer service and answer questions with professionalism.
Generate leads and schedule service appointments.
Represent Veterans AC Phoenix with integrity, energy, and positivity.
Pay & Incentives:

Requirements:
Outgoing, personable, and confident in communicating with homeowners.
Prior experience in HVAC, technical sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
