Job Detail
- HVAC Installation Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (ventilation, heating, and air conditioning) for both residential homes and commercial buildings.
- System Diagnostics Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems across residential and commercial environments and provide effective solutions.
- Repairs Adjustments: Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems to improve performance and efficiency, ensuring systems meet industry standards.
- Emergency Service Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency HVAC repair requests, delivering efficient solutions to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, appliance standards, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to service standards, and addressing customer concerns and requirements promptly.
- Qualifications:
- Massachusetts HVAC License (required)
- Proven experience working with both residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for diverse HVAC challenges
- Ability to perform maintenance and repairs on large-scale commercial systems as well as residential setups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
- Job Type: Full-time
