$60,000 – $90,000 a year

Work Record of 5 Years is required

• Follow our service system and educate customers on their HVAC systems and products.
• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems and identify potential issues.
• Meet and exceed key performance goals while delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and service vehicle.
• Build strong customer relationships to provide the right solutions and earn referrals.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and company initiatives.
• What You’ll Bring 2-5 years’ of proven HVAC experience with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to apply them in the field.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to learn iPad software.
• Team-oriented mindset while thriving as an independent contributor.

• Physical Requirements Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
• Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate
• Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
