HVAC Maintenance Technician
Location: Monroe, LA
Job Type: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour and up, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems
Install and service HVAC units as required
Diagnose issues and explain recommendations to customers clearly and professionally
Participate in a rotating bi-weekly on-call schedule
Maintain accurate documentation of service visits
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and installation
Valid EPA Certification
Valid Driver’s License (DL)
Reliable personal vehicle with liability insurance (pickup truck preferred)
Must supply own basic hand tools
Willingness to work a bi-weekly on-call rotation
Preferred Qualities
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Dependable and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and efficiently
