Attention hvac techs!are you an hvac maintenance/service technician in north carolina looking to level up your career? air o smith: heating & air conditioning (veteran owned) is seeking an experienced (2-3 years minimum) hvac service technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial systems.
Salary Detail
$45,000 – $150,000 a year

Job Detail
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
- Communicate repair options and system conditions to customers
- Complete job notes, recommendations, and photos in Housecall Pro
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Mentor apprentices and maintenance techs when needed

- Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency calls
- Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Rotating on-call (every 3–4 weeks)
- Overtime available
