Job Detail
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate installations.
- Collaborate with service technicians to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations.
- Take photos of installation and input equipment into customer profile.
- Skills
- 1–3+ years of HVAC install experience
- Proficient in HVAC installation techniques and equipment repair.
- Strong understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems and air conditioning units.
- Experience as a service technician in the HVAC field is preferred.
- Ability to plumb, maintain, and service various HVAC systems effectively.
- Familiarity with field service operations and customer interaction.
- Competence in reading schematics for efficient installation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces.
