Job Detail
  • Coordinates and directs the activities of installation crews to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completion of all projects by the project deadline and within budget for labor and materials.
  • Supports and encourages the fostering of ethical and positive working relationships with all customers and employees of Chill Brothers
  • Reports to work on time each workday and works the necessary hours each day to complete all scheduled and emergency type installation work.
  • Dresses in an appropriate manner accorded to this position with uniforms provided by Chill Brothers
  • Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles.:
  • Communicates daily with Installation Manager on details of each ongoing project.
  • The Lead Install Technician may be assigned other responsibilities or short-term duties not documented within this .
  • Must hold and maintain a valid Texas driver’s license.
  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • This position requires a minimum of 2(2) years’ experience as a Lead Install Technician for a residential HVAC contractor.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, time management skills, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with tablets, mobile applications, and other computer software.
  • The desire to work some evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • The Lead Install Technician must be an ethical individual with high levels of honesty and integrity.
  • · Drug-free, clean background, and professional appearance
  • · EPA certification
  • · TDLR Technician Registration and/or NATE certification is a plus
