Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with a focus on installation and maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and efficient HVAC solutions. The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients to assess their needs and provide exceptional service.
Duties
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate installations.
Collaborate with service technicians to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations.
Take photos of installation and input equipment into customer profile.
Skills
1–3+ years of HVAC install experience
Proficient in HVAC installation techniques and equipment repair.
Strong understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems and air conditioning units.
Experience as a service technician in the HVAC field is preferred.
Ability to plumb, maintain, and service various HVAC systems effectively.
Familiarity with field service operations and customer interaction.
Competence in reading schematics for efficient installation processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces.
