Responsibilities
Install air conditioning equipment accurately and efficiently in residential homes.
Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
Ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-stocked with necessary tools and parts.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Participate in the on-call rotation to provide customer support as needed.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC installer.
Willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
