HVAC Installer – Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. New hires will receive a $200 sign-on bonus after 160 hours worked.
HVAC Installer Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Work with ammonia refrigeration systems as required.
Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety requirements.
HVAC Installer Qualifications
Hands-on HVAC installation and service experience.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality work.
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including air conditioning and refrigeration.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair.
Familiarity with plumbing techniques related to HVAC installations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
Certification or relevant training in HVAC installation is preferred but not mandatory.
HVAC Installer Compensation/Benefits:
$27-$30/hr BOE
$200 sign on bonus after 160 hours worked
