Job Brief
Weikle’s hometown heating & air is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an hvac install helper.
Salary Detail
$18 – $23 an hour

Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent educational qualification is preferred.
Job Detail
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring proper placement and operation.
- Inspect the effectiveness and safety of current customers’ HVAC systems to determine maintenance or installation needs.
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identify HVAC systems’ electrical and mechanical defects for accurate troubleshooting and repair.
- Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems as well as perform warranty services.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources required for operations.
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Participate actively in all company-provided technical training to remain updated with the latest installation techniques and safety protocols.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Must possess a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in HVAC systems is advantageous, but not necessary.
- Strong willingness to learn, improve, and adapt to the evolving needs of the company and industry.
- Capability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical ability to handle various tools and machinery used in HVAC installation and maintenance tasks.
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability in previous employment.
- Must have personal hand tools suited for HVAC tasks.
