Work Background is required

• Lead by example in the field by performing billable work with top-tier quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on support to technicians by troubleshooting, coaching, and helping them successfully complete jobs.
• Ensure every job meets company standards, stepping in when necessary to protect quality and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold proper pricing and flat-rate guidelines, minimizing unnecessary discounts or misquotes.
• Mentor technicians on performance expectations, add-on opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Identify patterns or recurring field issues and communicate actionable insights to the Service Manager. Job Reviews, Quality Control Office Duties (30%): Review job tickets daily to verify pricing accuracy, correct job costing, and appropriate materials and labor entries.
• Conduct post-job quality checks and follow-up calls to confirm service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Perform random site inspections to ensure jobs are completed according to standards of workmanship, safety, and cleanliness.
• Assist the Service Manager in analyzing trends related to callbacks, warranty requests, and technician performance.
• Support customer escalations by diagnosing issues, answering questions, and resolving concerns directly.
