Job Detail
- Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants. Requests may include Commecial HVAC.
- Diagnoses building management/energy management systems for faults and errors. Collaborates with fellow technicians to maintain and repair hvac systems.
- Proficiently interprets blueprints and schematic drawings to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
- Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs.
- Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment, and keeps tools and
- Work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
- Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.
- Works on and completes all facility team-based goals.
- Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance with a strong focus on HVAC systems
- Valid EPA Universal HVAC certification required
- Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
