Job Detail
- Assist licensed HVAC technicians with service, maintenance, and installation work.
- Learn to diagnose system issues, under supervision, using meters and tools.
- Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ventilation systems.
- Support ductwork assembly, adjustments, sealing, and equipment setup.
- Carry, load, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for job sites.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas and company vehicles.
- Follow company safety standards, technician protocols, and best practices.
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff.
- Document materials used and work performed with accuracy.
- Qualifications – HVAC Apprentice
- Mechanical aptitude and strong interest in HVAC or mechanical trades.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and occasionally in tight spaces.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous HVAC or construction experience is a plus—but not required.
- Familiarity with Eagle, Pitkin, and Garfield Counties is preferred.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, lift, and work in tight spaces.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied weather.
