Job Brief
Hands-on experience with irrigation system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting direct experience in habitat restoration, including planting, invasive species removal, and ecosystem management experience in the safe handling and application of pesticides, including compliance with local and federal regulations comfort working in outdoor, variable conditions and performing physically demanding tasks proven ability to work effectively in field teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders compensation: $20-$23 hourly* final agreed-upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.

Qualifications
Diploma or Equivalent~ 1 to 3 years’ experience in landscape industry~ Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record~ Ability to travel out of town/overnight~ Highly motivated, self-driven, detail oriented~ Great time management skills.

Job Detail
  • Work closely with supervisor in installation of construction and landscape construction projects
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools
  • Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles
  • Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Work as part of a team and take direction
  • Follow all safety procedures on project site
  • Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity
  • Keep accurate timesheet records, submitted for review and signoff by the required deadlines
  • Complete project daily reports if needed
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned/instructed by supervisor Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in landscape industry
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
  • Ability to travel out of town/overnight
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, detail oriented
  • Great time management skills. available for seasonal long hours and weekends
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing backgrounds, knowledge and skill levels
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have active personal automobile liability insurance by first day of employment. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with irrigation system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Working Conditions Environment This job operates in an outdoor-based environment.
  • Outdoor activity involves walking/trekking in uneven terrain over long distances in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
  • This job requires project site visits, based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, and moving vehicles and equipment. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This job requires the following: Working on a computer, sitting, or standing for long periods of time in a field, office, or remote office setting.
  • Employees must be capable of bending, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 35 lbs. unassisted. 50lbs in a team lift (2or more employees).
  • Attending meetings, both in person and virtually, and speaking on the ph1with peers, clients, etc.
