Job summary: performs a variety of housekeeping duties, ensuring all stan’s properties are maintained and cared for, cleaned and inspected, assisting other members of the facilities and maintenance team with projects or tasks.

$15 – $17 an hour

Employment Experience is required

• Routine daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of company facilities and properties.
• Operates equipment such as commercial floor cleaners, vacuums and various company vehicles.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• And any other duties assigned. Position Qualifications: Self-motivated, strong team player who possesses excellent communication, leadership, initiative and decision making skills and the ability to work well with fellow team members.
• Working conditions are consistent with normal housekeeping situations. Daily exposure to moisture, heat, noise, dust, etc.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds, standing, walking and bending.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stand for longer than normal periods of time.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
