Founded in 2005, VCG Global, Inc. is a design-build firm specializing in architectural millwork, decorative metalwork, and finish carpentry.
We hold C6 & C23 specialty trade licenses and operate a fully equipped metal and woodworking shop featuring a 5×10 plasma table, hybrid CO₂ laser, 5×10 CNC router, paint room, and in-house design + engineering team.
Our clients include Apple, Christian Dior, Marriott, BV Winery, Sacramento Kings, and leading boutique hotels. Projects span commercial interiors, wineries, tech campuses, and high-end custom homes nationwide.

What You’ll Do
Fabricate, assemble, and install custom architectural millwork and cabinetry
Read and interpret architectural drawings and perform detailed take-offs
Conduct accurate site surveys and measurements
Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams
Lead and assist in on-site installations (travel required in Bay Area, Napa/Sonoma, Northern CA)
Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in architectural millwork, cabinetry, and finish carpentry
4+ years of installation experience (commercial or residential)
Skilled in casework, furniture, and wall panel fabrication
Ability to translate designs to fabrication (mechanical/engineering knowledge preferred)
Experience with coatings, laminating, edge banding, and finishing
CNC router or CO₂ laser operation a plus
Glass/mirror or LED/low-voltage installation a plus
Must be able to lift heavy objects regularly
Must pass background check and drug screening

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
