support a busy fleet operation by performing comprehensive preventive maintenance and core mechanical repairs on class 7/8 tractors and trailers.

• Adhere to all workplace and vehicle safety protocols.
• Execute PM services: lubrication, filter replacements, multi-point inspections, and appearance checks (interior/exterior) including cab safety/security.
• Conduct basic electrical repairs: replace starters, alternators, and batteries.
• Complete tire work: assess tread, set inflation, rotate, monitor wear, and recondition wheels.
• Inspect/replace basic engine components. perform transmission and clutch RR. service driveline components.
• Remove and replace steering and chassis components.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support shop throughput. Qualifications High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of hands-on mechanic experience.
• Own set of professional tools.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Valid driver’s license. Pre-Employment Requirement
