Purpose: we are seeking a skilled bulldozer and excavator operator to join our construction team.

Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent~ Minimum of 2 to 4 years safely operating heavy equipment in an industrial, or construction environments.

Job Detail
  • Maintain full compliance with all safety policies and procedures, environmental regulations, OSHA/MSHA ensuring both personal and team adherence.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture while upholding the company’s core values.
  • Always use the proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
  • Operate bulldozers and excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites.
  • Perform tasks such as digging, grading, and building as required by project specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other operators and construction personnel to complete projects on time.
  • Familiarity with grader operation and other construction machinery is a plus.
  • Proven experience in heavy equipment operation with a focus on construction machinery.

  • Requirements: Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years safely operating heavy equipment in an industrial, or construction environments.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to identify and report equipment issues.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced operations and changing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license in state of residence. CDL preferred but not required. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, climb, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to life up to 50 lbs regularly. occasionally lifting heavier loads with assistance.
  • Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, stretch, push, pull, twist, kneel, stand, walk, sit, and reach.
  • Ability to work in uneven terrain, pits, and stockpile areas.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
